Designed by Patricia Healey, the small scallop shell bead, made from pure copper, has textures on both sides of the shell. Using the repoussé technique, the metal is lifted from the reverse side to form the scallop shell, adding further definition through hand stamping. The torch-fired hues of red and oranges are achieved through heat treatment, and are sealed with lacquer to preserve their beauty. Perfect for earring, bracelet, or necklace designs.
