This small flaming heart pendant, which can also be used as earring components, is a captivating design made from mixed metals. Featuring pure copper with brass accents, it is given a lot of character with flames shooting out of the top of the heart. The flaming heart pendant, a symbol of burning passion, has roots in ancient religious iconography. The pendant has a red patina, torch-fired and sealed with lacquer to protect its beautiful color. Designed by Patricia Healey, it showcases a hand-stamped design and uses the repoussé technique, where the metal is lifted from the reverse side to give the piece its form. Ideal for jewelry designers, this pendant is perfect for creating unique necklaces or earrings.

Caring for Patricia Healey Copper
Patricia Healey Copper components are sealed with a clear lacquer to help preserve the vibrant color and protect the surface. Over time, jewelry naturally picks up traces of lotion, sweat, and skin oils, and a gentle wipe with Endust helps keep your piece clean and well cared-for.
Endust is wax-free and silicone-free, with a touch of mineral oil that dissolves smudges and leaves a subtle, clean sheen. This helps preserve the lacquer’s clarity so the copper underneath stays vibrant and beautiful.
For added protection, you can also use Renaissance Micro-Crystalline Wax Polish. Apply it sparingly with a soft cloth and be sure to buff it out completely. Used this way, it creates a thin, invisible layer that helps resist fingerprints and moisture, extending the life of your lacquer finish.
