This handcrafted beetle pendant brings playful motion to your jewelry designs. Sculpted in copper with brass wire accents, with a hammered texture and our signature red flame patina. The curving legs and stylized antennae give it a touch of whimsy, while the embossed dots across the shell add rich dimension.
A soldered Regaliz licorice-style bale is soldered at a slight angle on the back, giving the beetle a natural sense of movement, like it just landed mid-crawl. This attention to posture makes it a standout focal point for your leather bracelet.

Caring for Patricia Healey Copper
Patricia Healey Copper components are sealed with a clear lacquer to help preserve the vibrant color and protect the surface. Over time, jewelry naturally picks up traces of lotion, sweat, and skin oils, and a gentle wipe with Endust helps keep your piece clean and well cared-for.
Endust is wax-free and silicone-free, with a touch of mineral oil that dissolves smudges and leaves a subtle, clean sheen. This helps preserve the lacquer’s clarity so the copper underneath stays vibrant and beautiful.
For added protection, you can also use Renaissance Micro-Crystalline Wax Polish. Apply it sparingly with a soft cloth and be sure to buff it out completely. Used this way, it creates a thin, invisible layer that helps resist fingerprints and moisture, extending the life of your lacquer finish.
