Few creatures are as captivating, or as clever, as the octopus, a master of adaptation and escape with a mind of its own. Inspired by their wit and personality, this flame-finished octopus necklace brings a sense of curiosity and wonder to your jewelry collection.

Every swirl and hammered mark on the copper body is done by hand, bringing out rich reds and oranges through torch-heating, then sealed with lacquer to protect the color. Eight arms, each ending in a dangle of Japanese dichroic glass beads in deep purple, pair with a mix of copper, brass, and sparkling Swarovski crystals to create lively texture and shimmer, right down to the expressive eyes.

Made for those who appreciate a touch of wildness and a sense of play, this necklace brings a little mystery into your daily or evening style.

*Handmade and flame-finished, each piece will have its own unique color variation.

Caring for Patricia Healey Copper

Patricia Healey Copper components are sealed with a clear lacquer to help preserve the vibrant color and protect the surface. Over time, jewelry naturally picks up traces of lotion, sweat, and skin oils, and a gentle wipe with Endust helps keep your piece clean and well cared-for.

Endust is wax-free and silicone-free, with a touch of mineral oil that dissolves smudges and leaves a subtle, clean sheen. This helps preserve the lacquer’s clarity so the copper underneath stays vibrant and beautiful.

For added protection, you can also use Renaissance Micro-Crystalline Wax Polish. Apply it sparingly with a soft cloth and be sure to buff it out completely. Used this way, it creates a thin, invisible layer that helps resist fingerprints and moisture, extending the life of your lacquer finish.

*Endust for everyday care, Renaissance Wax for extra armor… together they keep your copper looking its very best.
