I designed this leaf around the most common specie of Maple Leaf, coming from the "Red Maple", the most widespread maple in eastern North America and ubiquitous in both the urban and forest landscape. Fall color is usually a deep red, though some trees may exhibit orange or yellow which makes it perfect for our art of coloring the copper!
