This extra-large copper toggle clasp is sculptural and functional... a classic form with an artisan’s touch. Each end of the “S” bar curls into bold, hand-hammered spirals, a shape long admired for its sense of motion and balance. The toggle ring is substantial, designed to complement chunkier necklaces or serve as a decorative belt closure. Torch-heated to achieve those rich russet and red tones, then sealed to preserve the finish. Its sculpted form adds a bold, handcrafted finish that enhances even the simplest design.

Caring for Patricia Healey Copper
Patricia Healey Copper components are sealed with a clear lacquer to help preserve the vibrant color and protect the surface. Over time, jewelry naturally picks up traces of lotion, sweat, and skin oils, and a gentle wipe with Endust helps keep your piece clean and well cared-for.
Endust is wax-free and silicone-free, with a touch of mineral oil that dissolves smudges and leaves a subtle, clean sheen. This helps preserve the lacquer’s clarity so the copper underneath stays vibrant and beautiful.
For added protection, you can also use Renaissance Micro-Crystalline Wax Polish. Apply it sparingly with a soft cloth and be sure to buff it out completely. Used this way, it creates a thin, invisible layer that helps resist fingerprints and moisture, extending the life of your lacquer finish.
