A finely crafted mixed-metal end cap, designed to give your cords and braids a finished, professional touch. The combination of copper and brass creates striking contrast — the warmth of flame-torched copper set against cool golden brass accents. Each piece is hand-formed, textured, and sealed to preserve its unique coloration.
With an 8mm interior opening, it’s an excellent fit for thicker cords and woven designs, including Kumihimo, the traditional Japanese braiding technique that weaves multiple strands into round or flat cords. This end cap provides a polished way to finish those braids, adding both strength and beauty to your design.
Also suitable for multi-strand leather, fabric cords, or statement necklace endings, this piece brings a handcrafted richness to any project.

Caring for Patricia Healey Copper
Patricia Healey Copper components are sealed with a clear lacquer to help preserve the vibrant color and protect the surface. Over time, jewelry naturally picks up traces of lotion, sweat, and skin oils, and a gentle wipe with Endust helps keep your piece clean and well cared-for.
Endust is wax-free and silicone-free, with a touch of mineral oil that dissolves smudges and leaves a subtle, clean sheen. This helps preserve the lacquer’s clarity so the copper underneath stays vibrant and beautiful.
For added protection, you can also use Renaissance Micro-Crystalline Wax Polish. Apply it sparingly with a soft cloth and be sure to buff it out completely. Used this way, it creates a thin, invisible layer that helps resist fingerprints and moisture, extending the life of your lacquer finish.
