The medium heart bead works well in beaded necklaces or as a focal bead in earring designs, it strings from top to bottom. An original design by Patricia Healey, it is made from pure copper and features intricate textures and details, all hand-stamped. Its puffy shape is achieved through the repoussé technique, lifting the metal from the reverse side to form the heart. Both sides of the heart are the same. The coloration, ranging from oranges to reds, is accomplished through heat treatment and sealed with lacquer for protection. This artisan, handmade piece is a beautiful addition to any jewelry collection.
