In Chinese philosophy, yin and yang represent balance, light and dark, stillness and motion, each giving rise to the other. This handcrafted box brings that symbol to life using repoussé, lifting the metal from the reverse side to create a domed, sculptural form.
Made from flame-colored copper and accented with brass, the lid closes with a forged copper spiral that doubles as a design element. The inside is ready to hold your smallest treasures & tokens.

Caring for Patricia Healey Copper
Patricia Healey Copper components are sealed with a clear lacquer to help preserve the vibrant color and protect the surface. Over time, jewelry naturally picks up traces of lotion, sweat, and skin oils, and a gentle wipe with Endust helps keep your piece clean and well cared-for.
Endust is wax-free and silicone-free, with a touch of mineral oil that dissolves smudges and leaves a subtle, clean sheen. This helps preserve the lacquer’s clarity so the copper underneath stays vibrant and beautiful.
For added protection, you can also use Renaissance Micro-Crystalline Wax Polish. Apply it sparingly with a soft cloth and be sure to buff it out completely. Used this way, it creates a thin, invisible layer that helps resist fingerprints and moisture, extending the life of your lacquer finish.
