Often seen as a messenger of hope, the dove brings a sense of optimism and renewal. This original pendant, designed by Patricia Healey, is crafted in pure copper with brass accents. Highly detailed with stamping and brass embellishments, it offers plenty of texture and interest. The bird's form is achieved using the repoussé technique, lifting the metal from the reverse side to give the dove a lifelike, flying appearance. The dove has intricate details through stamping, and the golden brass frame adds a strong, vibrant touch. The colors, a beautiful mottled combination of reds and oranges, are achieved through torch heating and sealed with lacquer to ensure it’s lasting beauty.
